Who handles your data
The data you give us is handled by Futuro Recente (company details to be confirmed), at Urb. Vilarosa, Lote 1, 8500-782 Portimão. For any question about your data, write to escritorio@futurorecente.pt.
What we collect
Only what you write in the contact form: name, phone, email, the type of home you are looking for and your message, if you leave one. Nothing else, and no advertising cookies.
What it is used for
To answer your enquiry and talk to you about our developments. Nothing more. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
The phone call
By leaving your phone number you agree that we may call you about this enquiry. Outside office hours that call may be made by a virtual assistant, which identifies itself as such at the start of the conversation. You can ask to speak to a person at any time, or ask us not to call again.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while your interest is active and for up to two years after the last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and you can object to it. Just write to escritorio@futurorecente.pt. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
